Prayer Before an Examination

Bible Reading: Psalm 23

“And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.” Isaiah 11:2 ESV

The first and the best step for every student to desire to have a higher grade and best result in any examination is to commit his or her doing unto God. No matter how smart or knowledgeable you are, make sure you seek God first before you start any examination.

Nothing in this world beyond the power of God, and with God all things are possible. as a student, make sure you read your book, study very well, attending class and complete your assignments. Don’t be a lazy student. After you have done everything, and you are about to start the examination, the next thing is to hand over everything to God for perfection.

Mind you, these prayers are not for lazy students. It is not for those who are looking for magic to achieve a good result. it is for committed students, godly and well-determine to succeeding.

Prayers before an examination

1. My Father and my Lord, I thank you for giving me this grace to be among the people that will seat for this examination, glory be your holy name.
2. Father, as I take this exam, let the Holy Spirit guide and lead me, in the name of Jesus.
3. Every spirit of confusion against my success in this exam, be arrested by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.
4. Every force of ant-success in the examination, be scattered now, in the name of Jesus.
5. Father, decorate me with divine wisdom and understanding, in the name of Jesus.
6. Father, cause the Holy Spirit to remember me everything I have learned, studied, and read, in the name of Jesus.
7. Father, come into my heart so that we can walk through this time together, in the name of Jesus.
8. Father, help me to write the correct answer and pilot me through the exam, in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, as I take this exam, bring back to my mind everything I studied, in the name of Jesus.
10. Father, as I take this exam, bring back to my mind everything I read, in the name of Jesus.
11. Father, as I take this exam, bring back to my mind everything I learned in this course, in the name of Jesus.
12. Father, let your presence abide with me during this exam, in the name of Jesus.
13. Any evil spirit assigned to cause distraction in this exam hall, Father, arrest them, in the name of Jesus.
14. The anointing for excellence result, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus.
15. Father, let my memory remember everything I have studied, in the name of Jesus.
16. Every arrow of failure targets my academic success, back to the sender, in the name of Jesus.
17. Father, help me to remain focused and calm during this examination, in the name of Jesus.
18. Father, help me to remain focus and confident in the facts and in my ability, in the name of Jesus.
19. Father, help me to remain firm in the knowledge that no matter what happens today, in the name of Jesus.
20. Every spirit of manipulation assigned to waste my academic success, you are a liar, die by thunder, in the name of Jesus.
21. Every yoke of anti-success in my life, be broken by the power of God, in the name of Jesus.
